How long does it take us to complete your order?

If the artwork is approved, we can get your order done within the workweek. If you come to us on monday and place an order, chances are that you will have it by Thursday or Friday. Other factors that are involved would be: order size, shipping times, and customer artwork approval. We are very fast and can usually accomodate any deadlines that our customers have.

 

How do you submit artwork to us?

We have different setup procedures for every service that we offer at APT. Here is a list of services and the setup guidelines.

-Screen printing: We need to have a color separated computer file for making screens to print your job, if one is not available we will color separate your artwork at $45 per hour. Many of our jobs only require one hour of artwork but it really depends on the complexity of the job.

-Embroidery: For embroidery we need to have a stitch file, which we create in-house, and most customers do not have one unless it was created for them by another embroidery company. Any computer graphic will work for this as long as it is the same size as the embroidery you are requesting and the file is clear and legible.

-Sublimation dye: Any file type will work as long as it is clear and at the resolution that the final printout is to be created. We cannot take a .gif image off of the internet that is 72 dpi and two inches wide and increase the size up to three or four inches, the poor resolution will cause your resulting product to look bad. In our industry the saying goes: "garbage in, garbage out".
